Duties and responsibilities

       Improve Market Coverage in the Region

• Generate Pipeline from prospect visits and ensure order intake both in number of units and value with a focus on market share

• Forecast Month on month-on-month order Intakes and Report Order Lost

   

  Develop and Maintain Customer Contact

• Ensure Quick responses to customers' queries. Coordinate with internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

• Track Competitor's approach, Track Market Information

   

  Deliverables & Key Attributes

• Requirement study to ensure optimum machine recommendation to customers.
• Track inquiries from users to purchasers.
• Ensure prompt payment collection, C Form Collection, HSS Document collection, and BOL Triplicate copy collection—all these collections must be completed per company guidelines.
• Provide timely updates to customers on pending orders
• Continues contact with customers even after the supply of equipment, ongoing inquiry, or lost order.

• Lead creation and customer master data updating.

   

  Sales Planning

• Ensure that data is accurately entered within the company CRM or other sales management systems/tools

• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met has a context menu

   

  Education: BE/B Tech (MBA Preferred)
